My dear friend Annie did a 30 before 30 list...and got me inspired. Mostly made me think-- holy crap if she's about to turn 30, so am I.
I haven't quite come up with all 30 yet-but I'm close. Some things are acquiring new skills like SEWING-- never thought I'd want to but now I do. So one of my besties, Chantell and I have signed up for a class at The Sewing Parlor. And some are as simple as baking a cake from scratch, learning to make homemade bread and my mom's amazing whole wheat cookies.
Probably the 2 most difficult on my list so far will be running a marathon (or two halfs and put them together) and reading the Bible cover to cover, which seems like a marathon of sorts. Admittedly I never have before.
...30 use to sound so old. And here I am, not feeling old at all.

Good Ideas Lizzy! I have a 'Bucket List' of sorts, but maybe I should put milestones in there with accomplishing certain things by certain birthdays! :)
I am currently in a mad dash to complete my own silly list since I have less than TWO weeks to go. Aaaah! Love your ideas.
I like this! Some of these are on my little "things to do" list as well. The sewing thing is something I've just the past couple of months started learning to do (much to my surprise) and it's actually so much fun! Anywho...thanks for the inspiring message. it's NEVER too late to better ourselves!
